Access Control Operator
Access can be controlled so that you can establish logical stopping points. Once the operator reaches their access limit the system will flag the user’s account to control excessive tool usage & identify potential problem areas. It’s as easy as 1,2, 3...   1. Automated Inventory Control
Automated Services provide numerous report categories including summary reports, transaction reports, inventory reports and purchasing reports. Your reports maybe viewed, exported or printed. Additionally, the system can automatically print reports daily, weekly or monthly to maintain reporting discipline. Dispensing Stations
Automated Services provide reliable, point-of-use operation. Each Dispensing Station has an easy to use, interactive touch screen. Dispensing Stations are typically configured with 60 bins which hold 10 to 30 packages of tooling. Inserts and other items may be repackaged to meet your exact manufacturing requirements, ensuring that operators receive the optimal quantity every time. Up to 32 Dispensing Stations may be managed by one Control Station.
Locker Stations
Auto Locker Stations are designed to control and issue oversize, calibrated and durable inventory items. Typical items include test and measurement devices, band saw blades, tool holders and abrasives. Durable goods can be issued and returned to bins. Each station can provide up to 70 automated, computer controlled bins.
